I am, therefore I write…..

This blog is dedicated to understanding words. Whether I review a word itself, or how words effect our society, I ponder what “words” really mean. I examine how people exploit words for their own endeavors, good or bad. I try to understand how words, so essential to our existence, and for the creation of civilization, are also a tool by some of the most evil throughout history. Words can do more than merely harm, they can also kill, both literally and figuratively.

Or  I wonder about the topic, and the act of writing. What, where, when, why and how the act, and art, of writing is an endeavor not for the weak of heart. I conceptualize writing as a living breathing being, sentient on it’s own, controlling it’s own future, unbeholden to anyone person, idea, place or perspective. Writing as the center of the universe.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
